Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

International Shipping & Customs
As we ship internationally, orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.
Failure to pay customs fees that results in a returned or abandoned package will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
We are not responsible for:

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.
